my husband thinks that he is only inlaws with my brother, and not who he is married too. I always thought it was that your spouse is related to all members of your family, by marriage. Am I wrong?

Since an in-law is a relative through marriage, I don't think your husband should exclude your brother's wife. Tell him she's his second-degree in-law, related through two marriages, yours and your brother's. I don't know if there is really such a thing as a second-degree in-law, but what the heck. He's quibbling over semantics. Of course, she's his sister-in-law!

answer on your question is.... confident. A brother via marriage a guy or woman's brother-in-regulation is his/her sister's husband, or companion's brother. there is a few illegitimate debate over no rely if the husband of a guy or woman's sister-in-regulation is "brother-in-regulation" or "brother-in-regulation via marriage", even though, maximum criminal definitions point out that a sibling via marriage is a "brother-in-regulation" or "sister-in-regulation". the reality that criminal definitions define the term in this form proves there is little doubt that a companion of a guy or woman's companion's sibling is that if fact be told a brother-in-regulation or sister-in-regulation. The plural kind is "brothers-in-regulation".

Not technically. Your brother is your husband's brother-in-law but your brother's wife is your sister-in-law. She is related to you through marriage, but your husband wouldn't technically be related to her.
