There are no police that will come if you give your dog milk, so of course your dog is *allowed* to have it. Is it good for them? Not really- it can cause all kinds of tummy problems, so the best advice is to only give it in moderation and infrequently.

A lot of dogs are considered lactose intolerant. They cant digest cows milk. That is why puppies should not have cows milk. Some dogs can handle it, some cant (that is why some dogs will vomit after eating ice cream) Dogs can have goats milk, that is what we use in whelping and weaning pups.

Dogs and cats too for that matter should not drink milk after they are weaned. Cow's milk especially gives them diarrhea bad!

Not sure, but I give my dog milk occasionally. Not a good idea to give it to them often.

It depends on their age, if it is more than 8 weeks old, it isn't a good idea to give it milk.

I think no, because I've always heard that dairy is really bad for dogs, so I'd play it safe and not give it to them, but you could always consult with a vetanarian. ;)
