People say that suicide is a permanent solution to a temporary problem. I believe that those who take their own lives have the same two destinies as any other person on earth.
If that individual has accepted Jesus Christ as his savior (or sin bearer) prior to death, he or she will go to be with God. If not, the person will, like any other unredeemed person, be separated from God forever in hell.
"For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten Son that whosoever believes in Him shall not perish (suffer eternal death) but have everlasting life." John 3:16.
The verse above puts no qualifications on that acceptance.

i'm so sorry, it quite is a puzzling problem. What i might propose is pass talk over with a counselor, get some help for this. You broke up with him, even with the incontrovertible fact that that's no longer your fault he killed himself. That grew to become right into a decision he made. He apparently enjoyed you many. If he had issues of the destroy up he might desire to've talked to you approximately it. that's no longer your fault for breaking up. It grew to become into his decision.

If they have trust and believed in what the Lord Jesus Christ did for them on the cross then they are in heaven. He died for their sins, He was buried and took their sins away and He was raised the third day for their justification. If they have never done that then it does not matter how they died they went to hell. In the age of grace, God is not imputing their trespasses since His blood took away all sins. 2 Corinthians 5: 19 To wit, that God was in Christ, reconciling the world unto himself, not imputing their trespasses unto them; and hath committed unto us the word of reconciliation.

Most people who commit suicide are mentally unstable and God knows that. I would imagine that God draws them near to Him and holds them close until the pain goes away.

As far as I know, they go to Hell. I've tried to do this before and hoped that I'd be spared and was through a couple failed attempts!

One of 2 places I imagine, hell or limbo (a place which is neither heaven nor hell, and the simplest explanation is you become a ghost)

If you read Dante's Inferno, that will tell you that they go to the seventh level of hell. I suggest you read it, it is a series of three books, and they are very good.

I hope to a better place, away from the suffering, but Christians will tell you otherwise.
