are there any christian men that would obstain from sex until they get married ? By this i dont mean that they have never done it. but any men out there that have lived a worldly life and then were saved and have made the decision to wait until marriage ? Its difficult to find a man in his 40s for me..that actually feels that you should wait !

It is possible to find a Christian willing to wait. Those who live by faith will keep to His word to remain pure until marriage, and He convicts those who fall into this temptation. He convicted me of my sin and I vowed to Him to wait even before I accepted His salvation. So, in that there is hope, trust in Him and pray, and He will guide you. Your patience will be rewarded by Him.

First of all, I am male, 40 years old, and single. So I have the knowledge and the right to answer this question.
While I realize that no one is perfect, and that people can be impulsive at times (and therefore not think about the long term consequences of their actions), I also believe that if a man truly cared for you, then he would be willing, as a matter of principle, to wait for marrage to have sex. I'm not trying to pass judgement on someone whom has failed, or whom may have acted rashly on impulse, but if you two are going to be married, you will have the rest of your life (once you get married) to have sex, so what's the rush?

I am a Christian Man and if I were single I would wait to have sex before marriage. It's the only way to go.
