Until your time is up. If I am never depressed, how long am I expected to live? It's nothing you can answer definitely, there are no deadlines.

You will live longer than you wish. Sad, but true. Depression doesn't shorten your life expectancy like you think it does.

if you are depressed you might be breathin but you arent living... if you let it go on to long it will get the best of you... i know i went through it...it wont go away until you talk about it...just find a way to be happy!!!

Well it depends on weather you wish to stay in the state you are in or not.... Leave sadness behind and choose joy instead hunny.

and also :-

as many times a day as you can .
