Well it may be a bit difficult because you will have to go through other corn states to do it (e.g., Wyoming, Colorado, Kansas, Iowa or South Dakota). Besides Governor Dave Heineman, a leader for Nebraska’s agriculture industry, secured a $30 million trade agreement with Cuba for Nebraska wheat, soybeans and dry beans. This is the largest trade agreement ever signed by an American state with Cuba. Perhaps this is a way to influence Cuba.
