First you would have to be very very sure that it was just a mole and not a skin cancer. Since you would have to have a doc look at it anyway to be sure you might as well have him freeze it and cut it off.
If however, you are sure it is a mole and for some reason you want to do it yourself, then freeze it as much as you can with ice and cut it out with a razor blade. be cure to take the layer of tissue under and around it so it will not grow back.
I would have to tell you that I think doing it yourself is not a good idea.

Do not cut them off yourself. You need to let a doctor do it b/c moles can turn to cancer.

My sister got a mole removed because they were worried it might be cancerous. She said it was painless and easy.

Yeh, let the doc cut them off, else risk of growing tumor increases if not removed correctly

Your doctor can! Don't try it yourself that would hurt like hell, not be stiched up right, & severly likely to get an infection. Any family doctor would be happy to do it with a 30 min appointment.

Let your doctor cut it off for you. You get a little shot and clip. It's gone.

As with all forms of surgery... it is best left to a doctor. The answer is yes.

Hell no, are you nuts? Do you want to bleed to death or get a very nasty infection? Go to a dermatologist and have it done properly.
