Ummm.. I don't even wanna know why you are asking but YES, it's illegal to mail any thing considered a bio-hazard such as body parts, excrement and human remains.

No, actually. There is a company online that will mail human poop to someone with a message for you. Seriously - I am not making this up... I am not sure how to get the website - maybe look up human poop?

medical labs do this all the time. But I wouldn't think it is
a good idea to mail poop to someone as a joke or to
get even. Just deliver it in person. :))

It depends on what kind of container it's in. Hospitals do it all the time. Just have a sealed container inside another sealed container inside a properly labeled box.

yes it is illegal. that is hazardous waste and you can get into lots of trouble. plus that is just nasty
