Im 5'2" and i weigh 87-90 pounds, is that normal?

You are underweight. As long as you have a healthy appetite and are not dealing with any type of eating disorder it is somewhat ok. There are many factors that could be affecting your weight. Are you an athlete? Are you under lots of stress? Maybe you just have a very high metabolism. If it is a concern to you I would suggest sitting down with your doctor. If you are female see a gynocologist because if you are underweight you could have disruptions in your menstrual cycle.

If you are looking to gain weight do it the healthy way. Food loaded in high saturated fats and sugar are a bad way to go. Eating a gallon of icecream will put weight on you but it will put fat on you. You need to gain muscle mass and that can be achieved through protein. Your muscles use protein to aid your DNA in replicating and building muscle tissue. Lean meats that are high in protein include turkey breast, chicken, and fish such as tuna. There are many healthy ways to cook these things too. You also want a good source of monounsaturated fats like the fat found in avacados and natural peanut butter. Talk to a nutritionist or doctor. I think you will feel better once you do.

It all depends on your muscle mass, bone density, heredity, etc. But no, I would say that sounds underweight. I'm 5'2'' and weigh 111-113, though I'm an athlete. Be your own judge. If your hip bones and/ or ribs are protruding noticeably when you look in the mirror, you need some more meat on you.

no you shoud probably at least weigh 115 or 120, u need to eat, whatever is makign u thin wether it be not eating or bulimia or something, u need to gain weight, ur porbably under nourished

I would guess you are underweight...are you sick or have you been sick recently??

Start eating and getting some exercise and get your weight up over 105 at least!!

depending on your age and bone structure,,,but i personally think you are underweight!!
