How much weight?

You can exercise to tone muscles. With many repetitions, you can actually see a difference in a short time. You may be stiff and sore tomorrow, though.

WOW you are demanding a lot. Nothing happens OVERNIGHT. That's insane. If I were you I wouldn't be that obsessive over losing weight like that, it can lead to other problems. Why do I have the feeling that you are not as heavy as you think you are???
If you really want to lose weight, drink plenty of water, limit your food intake(not starve yourself) or deprive yourself of your favorite foods, just limit how much of it you eat, get plenty of excercise, but don't overdo it. 30 minutes of excercise 3 times a week is recommended. Too much is bad for you. Brisk walking is good enough you don't have to go out and bust your butt.

If you do all of this you can lose an average of 2 -3 pounds a week that is 8-12 pounds a month which is healthy and sufficient.

It is also good to talk to your doctor before starting any type of diet or excercise program.

At this point, your best hope is water weight. Find a way to sweat it out all night, and do not drink a drop of water. You'll be dehydrated and you'll feel like crap, but you'll drop a few pounds.

Anothr more extreme option is to take a laxative and clean yourself out that way. It could be worth a pound or two.

I'd have to agree with Jessica. Drink a lot of water and then if you really want to lose weight, look for a sensible diet and take some exercise.

Nope sorry if you needed to lose weight by 07/02/06 you shouldn't have started a little while ago. Best solution is have nothing but water.

Eat a whole watermelon, has a dieretic effect u will lose water weight and weigh less on the scale.

That is why you don't get overweight in the first place. Just exercise and eat right and you won't have to worry about this.

Worry. It deprives you of sleep, makes you move around more, can sap alot of energy and prevents you from eating.
