Yelling is not an effective form of communication regardless of who is doing the yelling or why. When they are calm, try to talk to them about how it makes you feel and see if you can reach a compromise about how they can express their feelings without yelling. Be forewarned, though, that is how some people communicate regardless of how it hurts another person. Good luck.

It may seem they are yelling, but it's just part of growing up. Try to listen to what they are saying and respect their rules. If you don't agree, calmly talk it over with them. Parents will listen back if you respect them in the first place.

I have a fifteen year old son. I rarely raise my voice and he is always telling me I yell at him. I have become very aware of it and ....................I never raise my voice, remain calm, but do discipline him. Are they yelling or are the disciplining? And if they are yelling ask them to just talk calmly and then you will both be able to talk better. Tell them you would never yell at them because it isn't a good way to communicate.

My opinion judging by utilizing your speech is that you're youthful, and therefore this how Christmas is, Christmas isn't even that distant now so, per chance you could merely be somewhat extra affected man or woman? It would not look like you've truly paid them for the CD or meant to take action, or something judging by utilizing the information that you've given, so it really is of my opinion that it is not 'bulshet' in any respect. To be honest, you're able to study that for the period of existence no longer something somewhat comes free, that's one among those issues. you may want to assert the delivers at Christmas come to you for free yet this relies upon on your habit, i'm certain theres things you may want to do that are undesirable adequate to bring about no delivers in any respect. thinking the way you've come for the era of on your question (Spoilt brat) your fortunate to be getting something in any respect. depends what they are yelling about. if they are just emotionally neglecting you then it isnt good but there isnt a whole lot to do...
if they are lecturing you then I do advise you to listen. I know it is annoying but there is a reason and often times a lot to learn.
