If it is a mixed breed then it would`nt be a Pomeranian. IT might have 6% or whatever Pom in IT but you would still be getting a mutt. Call it for what it is.

Try a local vet - the area humane society - and either of them could refer you to area small dog or pom rescue groups - be careful about breeders. Some interbreed their dogs, increasing the liklihood of genetic defects. Some will try to sell these dogs too, sometimes at a discount - but these poor things can have a life full of difficulties.
And you can go on line to PETFINDERS.com. You can search by breed, location, area rescues.
Good luck - and DO consider an older dog, and one that is not a purebred. These dogs tend to be healthier and better adjusted than purebred, but less likely to be adopted because so many people want a dog with "papers and a pedigree," and usually a puppy, because "they're SO cute."
Personally, I really believe in "mutts." They're the best in my book.

You "need" a Pomeranian? Is someone threatening to harm you if you don't get one? If it's a mixed breed, then it's not a Pomeranian- it's a mixed breed.

You can work with a rescue group that specialized is Poms. They are listed on petfinder.com. They can often arrange transport to you if you are an approved adopter.
Good luck!
