ok. Do you think 119 pounds is to much for a height of 5'7. I'm 13 years old. If you think it is how many more pounds do you think I should drop. To what weight?? Please honest answers.

Do people post this ridiculous stuff because they just want 20 people to tell them they are just fine, or do they really think they are fat. if you do, I feel sorry for you.

I actually think you may be too thin for a 13-year-old. At 5'7" and 119 pounds, you are not a allowing yourself much extra body weight that will help you to continue to grow and mature. You may not reach your full height if you restrict your diet anymore than you are doing right now.

If you feel flabby, go ahead and do some sit-ups and other exercises. But do not lose weight. (Remember that muscle weighs more than fat, so don't panic if you gain weight by exercising.)

Good heavens, 119 pounds sounds perfect!! Don't look at the models and movie stars, it makes a woman feel inadequate. At 5'7" you could probably be up to 130 and not be overweight.

What is more important is how fit are you? Do you get exercise? Do you bike or dance? Get moving and your body will be in better shape.

No, I don't think that 119 pounds is to much for a height of 5'7. I'm 13 and I weigh 113 and I'm 5'4. If you don't believe me google a BMI (body mass index). And if you still don't believe me ask your doctor.
You don't need to lose weight.

darling your only 13
when you are 18 you should be concerned more about it
at the age your at you are still developing and your going to gain and lose weight at speeds you may not like
so just eat healthy
and work out
and you'll be just fine
and to be honest....
your 5'7'' and you weigh 119...that is amazing for a 13yr old.
it sounds like you work out and what not
so just keep doing what your doing
and when your older you can worry as much as you want about your weight

No, It is not too much. My daughter is 5'5 and weighs the same. Everyone tells her she is way too skinny. I thin 119 for 5'7 is perfect weight!

119 lbs is just right for 5'7. Not all women should be rail thin. Look at Katherine McPhee. Nicole Richie looks like she should be in a clinic for anorexics.

I am giving u my best answer..................of corse not trust me i am 14 and im 5 foot 1 now your way taller than me so of corse your gonna way that much its naturall and im not just saying this but trust me its actually a pretty good wieght 4 your age and since your a teenager now you'll end up growing out of it and if you feel that you should lose wieght than hey!can't stop u but please just please do it the healthy way don't starve yourself trust me i done that b 4 and it was just so scary but i managed to get back on my feet and now i am doing fine but when i starved myself i was at 113 and i droped to 86 pounds and now i weigh 106 pounds and looking healthy but like i said thats actually good 4 your age your bodys developing just give it some time and dont let this bring u down k

No that is a great weight I'm jealous!! I understand during your teenage years and self-conscious about your body but really that is a fantastic weight. It probably wouldn't even hurt to gain a little like 5 lbs.

this is straight out of the dr. phil ultimate weight solution food guide it has a chart of how much u should weigh for your height and for you since you are 5' 7 you should weigh around 145lbs... you seem way skinny i think u should gain some weight !
