Try alternating your calories for a while. Eat 400 calories one day and 2000 the next. This averages out to 1200 calories a day, but the changes make your body work differently. Also, try a new exercise. Anything that is a healthy change from your normal routine will get your body to react.

Just increase what you are already doing. If you have plataued then you need to pick it up. Add jogging or an extra round at the gym. Walk more..... just add more movement to your exercise program. Also you lose alot if you target your abs! Do ab work! Good luck!
