I'm 35 and of course should no better but I had sex for the first time with a coworker and I was sooo nervous because he's very attractive and well when penetration came along I got my PERIOD what a bumber..... What do you think ran thru his mind?
This had never happened to me, I felt so embarrassed, when I see him at work I give him the run around.

Most guys would not even give it a second thought, But you should not give him the run around if you would like to have a second chance to make things up to him. By you giving him the run around he will think that he has done something wrong. Yes it was a bad thing but just wash off and go for it again.

It's a natural thing, so I wouldn't be so bothered. I'd just wonder why you'd wait 35 years only to do this with a co-worker?

well... besides being a little messy, it would have taken some emotional investment to get you to that point agreeing to sex. This is not the time to run away.

He's into it girl! He had to be pretty rough to start you on your mnthly friend. get him a week befor your next one and then you'll have seven days of him trying to do it again!!! THINK! Seven GOOD days!!

this is no big deal. when he sees you at work, he'll probably just be wondering when his next opportunity will be to be with you

Just let it go.
Date someone else.
Or, if he is mature at all he will understand.
