im trying to get into shape over the summer so im looking for good fun ways to help slim down. will bike riding everyday help slim down your thighs and core or will it just be a total waste of time. what about jogging on an inclined slope... does it help strengthen and slim your thighs...or once again is it a total waste of time. than again i am acombining these techniques with a balanced and nutritional diet.

You need a balance nutritional diet and yes jogging and bike ridding can help you slim down. Beleave me I lost 80 pounds. You just can't rush it. It takes time to loose weight.

you are doing the right thing with the bike riding not only is it core but cardio to if you proceed at a decent speed.Plus you are eating a well balance diet it will take time but the weight will drop.

Not sure myself, but I don't see why not. But make sure you're on a hard gear so that your legs are actually being worked. If you're just spinning the pedal you ain't going to burn much. Try going off road or uphill. But don't forget your arms. They don't do anything when you're bike riding.

nope it burns sugar not fat, if you wanna burn fat you have to walk a lot
