ok this guy i've been with for about a month decided to used the bathroom while on the phone with me! i'm acutally really fine with it, but he used to tell me to hold on or that he would call me back or something. is he getting to comfortable with me to soon?

My bf does that to me early in our relationship too. Number 1 and 2. hahaa. I'm fine with it, it does mean he is comfortable with you.

Well, it is kinda soon, but if you're comfortable with it, maybe he sees that you are easygoing and doesn't feel the need to walk on eggshells. That sort of thing is just not an issue for some people. If you don't mind, don't worry, unless he starts lying around your couch in dirty boxers all day & not taking you on dates (or something else that shows too much taking you for granted).

I think a lot of people do that. I know my boyfriend and I do, we don't care because we are so comfortable with eachother.
If it doesn't bother you and him then I don't see what the big deal is.

It means he is comfortable with you. Not necessarily a bad thing, but if you are bothered by it, talk to him.

take it as a complement .and be thankfull that it was on the phone and not in the flesh so to speak
