Weight loss is hard work! Funny how weight goes on so easily, and comes off so hard.

Exercise is an important part of life, not just weight loss. Walking, running, bike riding, even dancing are all exercise. Doing one if these each day will help you a lot.

Also don't cut yourself so low on calories that your body panics and doesn't allow you to lose anything. Just cut back your snacks a bit. Cut out fast foods and desserts. Focus more on eating fruits and veggies. But, not only fruits and veggies. Drink more water (yes, you will urinate more), and cut out the pop.

Who says you need to lose weight? Check with your doctor for a healthy weight and eating plan, or maybe a school nurse?

Good luck!

Your energy out put has to be more than your food intake. If you don't want to work out your food intake would have to be almost nothing, which is not healthy or good for you. That's not the way to do it anyway. Try walking, and watching what you eat. Make better choices in the food you eat. If you like games, try the Dance, Dance Revolution. This game is fun and you burn those calories without even knowing it. It goes with the play station systems. Start out on the beginner, and you will be up to heavy in no time. Lots of choices of songs on it too. Good luck!

You don't necessarily lose weight by working out.
You should try and maintain your body...you are only 15..and in the middle of puberty. Unfortunately, you are still growing, so all the efforts to "lose" weight may end up in you hitting the end of puberty with you gaining a little more shape in the hips and thighs. Most of us girls get that.
I did sports at your age, so I guess I call it "maintaining", only because I didn't "workout"...I was active.
You should try and stay active, and remember that you will still be growing up until the end of high school.
Eat a balanced meal and do sports!!!

If you're 15 years old, all you need to do is get a life! Once you get up from the chair in front of the computer and stay away from the fridge you will start losing weight. Go walk to the mall or swimming ... you really need to do some workout.

It is difficult without working out.. but a big big big help would be to cease the eating of junk foods, i.e. potatoe chips, fried chicken, French fries, etc.. That action will aid considerably... also cut out soft drinks.. unless they are diet
