This one is always a hard question for me. But, I would love at least a portion of my body be cremated, and spread the ashes across the open seas of Alaska where the Orca's swim. No, this is not a dream or just a passing fantasy. I want to be near where they swim so I can feel their presence always.

Buried. As a funeral director's wife, I've seen the process of cremation and it's not pretty.

First I will be an organ donor and they can have whatever is marked on my donor card. Since I'm not going to need it then I shall be placed in a mausoleum. And I don't know why people make a big deal where they are buried cause when you die your not going to be at the cemetary hanging around. When people die they come back to their loved ones who are still living or places they loved. They don't care about how they died or where there body resides.

My mother cremated and we took her out to sea. It was beautiful. The boat that she went to the Islands on was leaving that morning and when we dropped the ashes, the undertow seem to pull the ashes. I am, told my husband to put my ashes in the Mississippi River or Lake St. John.

Cremated. The thought of maggots and worms crawling up my *** bothers me. Even though I will be dead I still prefer not to have that happen.

First I want them to harvest any organs that I can donate, including skin, eyes, etc. Then put me in the big oven and spread me over the Coast of San Diego County. Just the thought of the expense of a funeral and burial is gross. Of course I'd also want my friends to have a Celebration of Life, not a funeral!
