i like this girl at work (we work at a grocery store in different departments) she hugs me everytime i see her and ill take breaks with her. i think she likes me too. shes mentioned that she has been bi before. i openly stare at her and flirt with her and i feel her flirt with me and she stares at me sometimes too but im not an expert of flirting. when we leave she hugs me and i feel it more than friend hug and she rubs my back. After we hug she'll hold my hand for a second. After our last hug she brought my hand up and kissed it. i gave her my cell number and we were going to make plans but she never called me. she said she visited her mom but had wanted to call me. I go in to see her and cant help to go up to her and chat. sometimes i feel her ignore me. we shared a snack and it was spicy and she made jokes like "u like it hot" and i had sauce between my fingers and i said "yuck" and she goes "what u dont like juices between ur fingers?" is this "friends" talk? or does she like me???

Does she know that you are a lesbian? Does she act this way with anyone else at work or just you? Ask for her number (because she never called you) and say that you want to go to a movie or something, then see how things proceed, if she doesn't feel you romantically, at least you could remain friends.
