Only certain things. If you installed new programs it will remove it. It doesnt delete certain text files and downloaded email messages from outlook.
It will only remove programs that you have installed after the day you want the system to restore it to. So for example, if you installed programs today, then system restore might delete the one today if you try to restore it to yesterday.

this kind of huge volume of solutions... dude you're very youthful. do not say that "i'm a student so i do not get time for something". you've each of the time. eat inspite of you want to. purely pass outdoors in nighttime and play some outdoor video games. incredibly football, Badminton, Cricket etc etc. Play as a lot as you could. Play football each day for an hour or 2 and also you may see the alterations.

no. system restore does NOT delete files. it even tells you so in the instructions when you activate it. i agree with Timmy.

I was told that there is a chance that u can. So save yo stuff to a protable disk then put them back on. Thats what I had to do.
