thas just nasty. if he does it in front of u thats just sick. if he smells like penis, he needs to take a bath often. he must be materbating alot or something to make him smell like that. how old are u anyway, if ur not old enough to know y he does that then u need to talk to mom or dad. thats what a perverted guy would do to show a gurl he wanted to get with her in bed. i would talk to mom and dad and tell them that is is acting nasty at u and u dont feel comfortable around him doing that. tell him to stop. if u haft to hollar rape at him cuz thats near what it is. a lil sister shouldnt be seing her brother masterbate like that. its just grose. if that doesnt stop it tell ur teacher at school or a police man.

My husband is 26 years old and still sticks his hands down his pants.. I think he's afraid it's not going to be there so he checks on it. It's so gross, but I am afraid it's what boys do.. My husband doesn't smell it though..

quit smelling his hands and you won't smell the penis. He has a medical condition known as "hands on penis in the pants" and he will soon outgrow it once he finally gets laid. I wish him the best.

No way that is rude for the other people around him family or not it's not right and if he's over age 6 then hell NO but there maybe something not right about him or a problem with his pee-pee. alot of boys under 6 will sometimes do that but over 6 is rude.

Yes, masturbation is very normal among boys during puberty. If you are uncomfortable with him doing this in front of you (which you should be) maybe you should talk to him about doing it more privately.
