Open a 360 account.
Upload a picture from your computer.
On your profile page, select "Use 360 picture" in the box for choosing an avatar.

click on your picture then when it opens the page there will be a little link that says edit settings or details, click that and change from your avatar to picture, upload the picture and save your changes
