I LOVE Canada. Nice people, friendly, beautiful landscape...ANDd they have it together a lot better than the stupid, moronic USA. The stuff USA claims they can't do out of greed (such as healthcare for everyone!!!!!!!), Canada has done. Their crime rate is lower. They don't have the intense history of racism that the USA has. Compared to USA, Canada is definitely better. If I could find a job there, I'd move there in a heartbeat, as I already have family there to sponsor me.

I was there a few years ago over Independence Day weekend - July 4th at the Rock Hall in Cleveland, and then drove up to Niagara Falls the next day and spent the afternoon and evening on the Canadian side of the Falls.
Canada is a nice country - the people (and Mounties) are friendly, and there was always someone going around picking up what little trash was on the ground.

Absolutely love Canada. No bars on our windows. Safe to go outside at night. Kids don't know racism or prejudices yet. Schools and health care systems, although not perfect, are still pretty amazing.
And Canadians don't believe that they are the centre of the universe.. we are content.

Yes, planning a trip to Toronto and Quebec for later this summer to do some sighseeing. Haven't been to Canada since I was a young girl.

Yes many good people there and I have a few Friends live there now. We visited Alberta and British Columbia.
I went into a store and was talking with the people about how hot it was. This man said; "It supposed to get up to 30 today in the shade". I told him; "Heck where I came from it was 85 in the shade". Everyone got quite and they stared at me. Then the man laughed and said; "Dang, you from America"! Everyone got a good laugh.
