I'm curious about the answers to this. I once asked two guys this question, who were trying to describe a particular man to me. They avoided confirming/denying if the guy was handsome. They went so far as to tell me that men don't refer to other men as handsome, unless they date men. Personally, I don't understand why not.

Well I think certain men are good looking from the standpoint that I wish I had some of their qualities. That does not make me gay or homosexual. I am married with three kids and am a heterosexual. Now having said all of that, I believe some men are better looking than others. Tom Selleck comes to mind when I think of a distinguished older man. So yes, I think it is OK.

I would think so. There is nothing wrong with admiring beauty in nature (or in this case...handsome). I often see beautiful women and comment about it. And being a woman see handsome men and definitely make note of it.

A guy that's firm in his sexuality won't have a problem saying that.
It's perfectly okay for a guy to call another guy handsome.

Absolutely. It shows you are secure enough in your sexuality to pay someone of the same gender a compliment without it being anything more than just a compliment.

Yeah as long as you dont mean it in a gay way. Me and my friends always say OH MY GOD you look soo sexy to one another but that doesnt mean were lesbians.

no.......it is perfectly normal... you know how girls say, yes she is sexy, she is pretty, she is cute.....well,,, guys can do the same thing, but the thing is guys choose not to because they do not want to be laughed at... but I as a girl think it is perfectly normal, if you did it, i dont mind, it shows me that you are sure of what you are and think!
