You're better off to get a temporary color like Loreal Color Pulse. Kool aid does not come off of skin for days or weeks and Jello just makes your hair goopy and nasty.

I tried using Kool-Aid to color my hair once, and it didn't really work too well. I used Cherry flavor. I have dark brown hair, so that probably had a lot to do with it. A blonde friend of mine has had a small amount of success, she can get a tint that lasts a week or so.
I have never heard of Jello, I am curious to see what others have to say about it!

your better of to beg your parents to let you dye your hair peremently then use colour pulse. i used colour pulse (i have dark brown hair) and it made a small difference. i later dyed my hair lighter brown and blonde and it worked way better.

if your hair isn't ultra blonde it won't work at all. you might get a bit of a pink tint if you use red koolaid. Conair makes a cool hair coloring machine that comes with a bunch of temporary colors.non metalic blues, pinks, metalic gold and silver, It has like 8 colors and even though the stuff looks like waxy pomade in the little plastic thing it comes in it looks like you dyed your hair metalic after you you run it through the brush/gun lookin thing VERY COOL! It washed out with one wash, but you should wash it twice once right after the other to get it all mine cost 20 bucks at Sears
