As far as accuracy goes, you will need more than your birthdate. You will need you place and time of birth as well. I would then look for a reputable, experienced astrologer who can interpret your chart. There are so many intricacies in a chart: houses, placement of planets, angles, degrees, etc... A good interpretation will be detailed too.
If you don't want to go to an astrologer, then look for some programs on the internet (www.astro.com is a great one) where you can have one made (but not fully interpreted) for free. Then get some good books and read up on your chart.
For now though, here is some helpful info for you:
You are a Pisces
Your moon (emotions) is in Virgo
Your venus (love/friendship) is in Aries
Your mars (sex drive/aggressiveness) is in Aries
Again, there are some good, easy-to-understand books on astrology out there. You should try them; then you could get a little insight on the person you want to become serious with!

There's no such thing as an accurate astrological reading. If there were, they would have predicted the tsunami, or Katrina, or 9/11. All they will do is give you some gush to make you feel good, and then some advice that would work for anybody.
