Don't understand your question. Do you mean PC or C# which.

You would have to capture the IP stream and look for packets tagged as voice after setting you network card to be premiscuous.

Definately the easiest way to do this is to not write it in C but to use ethereal - which is free and does a heck of a lot more than this. Hope this helps..

Also, If for some reason you need to do this in C/C++ then you must be a lot more specific. What you have asked is very general.
i.e. is this pure PPP or multicast/"private/LAN broadcast" or are you just snooping the VOIP network?
