Why do women think that they can dress up in ways to accentuate their ****s and breasts and try to pump up their vanity on the attention that gets them and then act all indignant when it gets them attention for their ****s and breasts.
I'm not the one wearing a pushup bra. If I walked around with a codpiece hanging out of my pants, should I complain if it brings attention to my d*ck.

You try to draw this kind of attention to yourself because you know that men are susceptible to that kind of temptation and then you act like you are some kind of precious little angel and you need a man who will not look at you in that way.

Firstly, that may be only SOME guys. We look because we like what we see. Afterwards, we might get the thought to ask you out, but we don't expect gawking to soften you up. Though we may not try hard to undo the bad first impression.
