Just love them and allow them to be who they are because God is probably not finished with them yet. Isn't it wonderful that we have such a loving and generous Father, so rich in mercy and forgiveness for His children who stumble and fall. I try to be a good and loving person but my humanity gets in the way sometimes so yes, I'm a sinner too..We are ALL sinners and always in need of love and forgiveness when we fall short.

Hebrews 10:26-28,30,31
For if we sin wilfully after that we have received the knowledge of the truth, there remaineth no more sacrifice for sins, [27] But a certain fearful looking for of judgment and fiery indignation, which shall devour the adversaries. [28] He that despised Moses' law died without mercy under two or three witnesses:
For we know him that hath said, Vengeance belongeth unto me, I will recompense, saith the Lord. And again, The Lord shall judge his people. [31] It is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God.
1 Peter 1:15-16
But as he which hath called you is holy, so be ye holy in all manner of conversation; [16] Because it is written, Be ye holy; for I am holy.

Tell them that we are all humans and that he or she should stop acting like they are holier than you. You all have original sin. You all have sins. You all need to repent. No one is better than anyone else on the earth. It says that in the bible. I'm sure the person is trying to over up something that they did in order to make them look better. Nobody on this world is perfect. So that counts them and you.

Just because you're Christian or believe in Christ doesn't equate to holliness. Holliness & Spirituality are actually beyond Religion itself! Its actually more of an experience of enlightenment.
Note: Spirituality's 1st Steps are Religons Last Steps!

You are in good company. I know a lot of Christians who do think they are the holy of the holy. They all speak in tongues and on and on.
I suppose only God really knows where each man or woman stands and thank goodness he forgives us.

Romans 3:23 makes this a non-option for Christians (like my own unholy self!).

I'm a christian and part of the conviction of me was that I was not holy but a sinner desperately in need of Jesus saving grace. So How to deal with those who come off or are that way to you. talk to them and ask them or come along side them and point it out to them. go directly to them not talk about them behind their backs.

Do you realize how hypocritical your question is? You may as well go around to people saying how humble of a person you are (and if you aren't catching it yet, doing so would be a very prideful thing to do).
Think about that one...

I just quote Jesus and say "Let he among you who is without sin cast the first stone" that usally works well. If not, then tell them to read Memnoch the Devil by Ann Rice, all of it.
