It's quite simple really ....
It's known as a "redirect". It's an attempt to redirect the attention
to someone else so that the attention is not placed on them. They
have a fear that their own shortcomings will be noticed.
Truth is ... others already know their shortcomings. They just
haven't realized the reality of it yet.

They don't know how to confront their own issues and pry on the meek. They run/hide behind attacking those less fortunate than themselves and their scared. They don't always feel better doing it but, it seems to help them to hide in plain sight !!!

To feel better about themselves. When someone for example says, " You are ugly!" or, "That person is ugly."(it continues in their head like this ....uglier than me...I knew I wasn't the ugliest")...sad because being the way they are - makes them the ugliest people inside and out.

I think it's away for them not to deal with their own issues.They are feeling like losers so they make fun of others,which is sad for both.

I HATE PEOPLE LIKE THAT! PEOPLE WHO PUT DOWN DISABLE AND MENTALLY CHALLENGE PEOPLE PISSES ME OFF.
THEY CALL THEM RETARDED. THEY'RE MENTALLY CHALLENGE AND ITS NOT THEIR FAULT.
THEY MUST BE REALLY LOW TO HAVE TO PUT SOMEONE DOWN TO MAKE THEMSELF FEEL BETTER.
