My wrist is killing me... hurts right on wrist bone.. My doctor told me i have tendenitus??

I had tendenitus for many many years, I felt like cutting my hands off, that hurts so bad.....Here's how to make it go away: Take 1 B Complex pill every day...I swear , this works, I started taking it about 8 years ago and my wrists have not hurt since.....Give it about 2 weeks to really kick in, Don't miss any....I get mine at Wal-Mart for $4.00 for 100 pill's.......Please try it, I know what your going through.......Oh ya, They make your pee a real bright yellow....Nothing to worry about........Make sure it's a B COMPLEX.....Not just a B vitamin........Good Luck....I know this will help you

If you dont understand what your doctor has told you the best advice would be to ask him until you do understand, always remember he is only a human with knowledge, this is your body he is talking about so you need to understand everything he is telling you. Dont be afraid to ask.
But it is inflammation of the tendon!!
