This guy that's flirted with me before, lately when he talks to me sometimes he'll look at my eyes and then it seems as if he's looking down at my lips, it's just for a second. This is in a work environment. Is he trying to send me a signal or is this maybe just my imagination?

Well, that's sort of iffy. The reason I say so is because there would be other signals that he likes you.
However, to answer your question.. Yes, some guys do like to check out a girl's lips, or boobs, or whatever. Sometimes looking into someone's eyes too long can make you nervous, especially if you think the girl is cute.
It is probably not an intentional signal - us guys are just too stupid to send signals like that. But it could be an unintentional one.
While I'd love to give you a certain answer, I don't want to jump the gun. Watch him for a while, observe any other signals. There's a chance that he likes you, so keep an eye on him.

For one....you will never know until you guys get out of the work environment. Maybe go for lunch...see how things go in a different environment. He might want to kiss you and he might not. Get out of the work place and go some where...but don't make the first move remember that him wanting to kiss you is just a possiblity. I might even try to catch him looking at your lips for more than just a quick gaze and maybe say oh my do I have something on face. Some how letting him know that you have noticed his gazes.

In my journey, getting back which comprise an ex not in any respect has a contented ending. An ex is mostly an ex for a good reason. It sounds to me as if she is toying including your thoughts for her personal income. She isn't searching for a reconciliation, yet as a replace a strengthen to her vanity. flow on and locate someone who will savour you. :)

Invite him to have lunch with you. That will get you both out of the work environment briefly. Then see where/how his looks progress.

It might just be your imagination since he's been flirting with you. If he's the kind of guy who makes a move and he likes you, he will ask you out. However, if YOU like him, ask him out first:)
