well...i've been using the same file name for a while now, it just happened recently after i made the last revision...i had no problem converting it to dwf before...

these are some invalid characters,
/\[ ]":;|<>+=,?* _
are you using any of those? Rename without using them, and try saving again.

The DWF file needs standard Windows convention in file name. So, no *, no /, no . , no =, etc.
Try just naming it saturdayfile.dwf
