Well first because they say America instead of USA as if USA were the only country in the continent called America, second because there are a big number of peple there that think that USA is the center of the world and all the countries must do what they like and only the USA people are good, the third is the religion that makes people not to think and get stupid, four is to have a nazi President like Bush.

Easy, because a lot of Americans are richer than others across the world, even middle class, Americans seem to have much less motivation to succeed because they have something to fall on (usually parents or other loopholes in our economic structure) to get back up on. Therefore, education is not seemingly as important to Americans, as say, pop culture, money, and fame.

Americans are basically settlers from other countries,mostly Europe.First & Second world wars shattered them & their hopes.Persons responsible were actually educated/civilised people. America has very good infrastructure for education, but there are no takers. They are therefore stupid, in money matters shrewd.

The true question would be.. Why is America so succesful? the answer would be, because we constantly think we are stupid and it helps push us forward into higher achievements.. never satisfied with our position in life and the world.
