Eat smaller portions, stick to whole grains and nothing with bleached flour or hydronated oil, eat plenty of vegies and fruit so you don't have sugar cravings and drink lots of water. LOTS of water. Add a change up to your work outs. Dance to some music vigerously for 30 minutes, go for a walk for 20 minutes EVERY day and don't weigh yourself, you'll get discouraged and quit. Go by how tight your clothes are. Also do stretches every morning and before bed. this help kepp your body from getting sore. You don't want to be too sore because then that when we start making excuses to not work out.

first of all, do not go on a liquid diet or barely no-food-i-eat-like-a-bird diet. when someone tells you go on a diet, they mean watch what you eat. eat less fried foods, stay away from bread and rice, and eat more steamed/grilled foods. Don't overdo it on the exercise. 40-60 mins on the treadmill is enough. If you like swimming, go swimming afterwards...do some laps in the pool. Get a running partner and go run outside. The key is finding the right type of food to eat with the right amount of exercise. Good luck!

just run to activate you ctabolic palmotoil which makes you stop using glycolisis wich is the regular way to prosess energy and you start breaking down fat for energy. to do this you need to be active for 30 minutes, everything after that will be pure fat break down. you dont want to work out for over 2 hours. the best way to do this is to run. eat healthy and in about 2 months you will see drastic results. just keep it up 5 days a weak with no excuses.

No more junk food, soda pop (16 to 21 spoons of sugar in each can) or candy bars. Stay away from fast foods, and eat a healthy diet with lots of fruits and vegetables. Go for brisk walks every day, for at least 30 minutes and preferably longer, and you will see a big change in yourself, it's that simple.

Eat a regular- breakfast lunch and dinner..and if u want cake...be prepared to work it off...go to a club and dance..join the Y u don't really have to go on the diet..u just have to work of the excess fat..u need food for energy- also drink ALOT of water- b.c i don't and i may have kidney problems- just so u avoid any other problems that are worse than being bigger than u want

change your eating habits, try juicing(get a juicer) and the book Healing Foods, it will tell you about different types of fruit and vegetables and what they'll do for your body. i usually drink more than the RDA (recommended daily allowance), but note, juicing can be expensive. in a typical week i have lost 10 to 12 lbs... but i also juice heavy 4 to 6 times a day, exercise or try eating your foods saute'd, cut back on fast foods, junk foods, deep fry-ed foods, lots of butter or mayo: both contain alot of fat. good luck -n- stay healthy!!!

Track your food intake with fitday.com, lift weights and walk/run/jog. Get the book Lift to Lose or the woman's bodysculpting bible. This isn't a good way, it's the only way.
