You might beat him at a sport he thinks he's good at, but then you have to be really gracious toward him so he doesn't get hurt feelings: "You're one of the toughest competitors I ever had," etc.
You might try talking politics with him. This works on guys who like to argue, but you have to lose in a way that doesn't make him suspicious that you did it on purpose.
The art of getting somebody to like you sometimes involves walking a fine line between being close, yet not too close, until he gets used to you. That is, you can't rush him.
If you want him, you don't let him know it, but you do spend time around him being friendly, bon vivant, companionable - but never forward or suggestive. Don't show skin (too soon): either you don't need to, or else it wouldn't do any good anyway.
If he's got a girlfriend, and you're trying to take him away from her, shame on you! But, if you're going to do it, the trick is to be seen as the more mature girl. Never be petty toward your rival. Be gracious: men (good ones anyway) really go for chicks who have mastered the finer points of character. Even if your rival is prettier than you are, you might still get the man if you act like royalty while she acts like a shrew.

Wear a pretty frilly knee length skirt.
Smile, say "HI" and lift your skirt up to just above one knee and slightly curtsey.
This gets them EVEY SINGLE TIME!
They LOSE it! LOL!!! Not kidding!
They LOVE strappy little high heel sandals too.
If you can wink, the guy might just pass out.
It is SOOOOO funny. Try it. You'll see what I mean.
Not only will it get their attention but they'll never forget it either!

Guy's like to be helpful (most of them anyway.) Ask him to help you with something. smile a lot complement him on what ever you asked him to .Dress nice not like a tramp. If you dress like a tramp he will treat you like one. I have been their and do that . And that not some thing you want him to do .
