A long time ago (a couple months), it doeesn't matter if it was a long time ago, but anyway, this neighbor/ slash girlscout came to our door selling cookies with her mother. I thought she was ok, I think she wanted to be friends with me, because everytime I'd see her outside, she'd stare at me, like she wanted something. She's eleven now, and when she was selling cookies with her mom (SAHM with three other siblings) she was all shy and didn't even bother to say hi. What happend to her? She used to be so well mannered, but now when she sold me cookies, she didn't even say good evening or didn't even speak up! Her mom had to do the selling for her. What a dud! Anyway, I let time pass and let time cool me off my anger, but it hasn't worked. As time passed, I still get mad from time to time whenever I see her outsider with her friends and one time wanted to talk to her mother about it. Now they are moving out, and I was told by my parents (who happend to be wrong) that they were mov

...ving out this week. I was told that last week. Now they are still here? What's going on, and I definately have the sudden urge to confront her mom at least about what her dumba** daughter did and how rude she was to me.

Wait, you are mad because an 11 year old girl won't talk to you? Isn't the minimum age on here 14, which leads me to believe you are much older than this girl. Not that your story even makes sense in the first place, but she's a kid....get over it

You took that the completely wrong way. She is a little girl, not even a teenager. If she couldn't even look you in the face that means that she was intimidated, or scared of you. It has nothing to do with being rude. If you are not her family or even her friend then you should really not invest this much time in this girl or this situation. Let it go.

The way you're typing seems too mature to be seeking an eleven year old, but what probably happened was she was shy and kinda gave you a hint to talk to her (the first time she came around selling cookies) but you ignored that hint, than she felt stupid and now she gave up and it's too late.
In your head you figured who cares she'll always be around and now that she's moving you regret it, and want what you can't have...
Cycle of life my firend... Cycle of life.

that sounds like to me that the girl is being sexually abused or to conntrolling by her parants or maybe not her parents at all. in any case I think maybe seek the help of children services or see what they think they can apply the right athurities needed but I do not think it was the girls fault! and you should not think that either. the grown ups coontrol a lot more in a child life then in a grown ups. so find the answer before you get mad ok?

Geez.. aren't we getting a little too worked up over nothing here... Just let it be.. who cares why she is rude.. Its not affecting your everyday life. Dont' buy more cookies from her. Or, next time she comes over to sell some, ask her. Be like, how come you dont' talk. Maybe she has some problems.

1-- get over it. She was rude one time. Being this mad for this long? C'mon...

2--she's 11. Have you ever known a pre-teen (or a teen for that matter) to NOT be rude? She's got hormonal sh-t going on.

3--she might have a crush on you and just can't speak up. That's why she was staring?

4--did I mention get over it?
