I am a single mother who depends on a paycheck every 2 weeks. My son's father works under the table so I do not get anything from him through child support. So how will I survive?

In addition to getting summer employment - like babysit the kids of parents who have to work ALL 12 months - next year, budget better. If you get paid every 2 weeks, there are some months that will have 3 paydays - try to set those checks aside for the summer. Also, report the dad (and his "employer") -- he needs to take responsibility for his child!

get a job that you can work at home

mortgage broker is good. You work your own hours and can work from home.

My fiancee does that and she doesn't work during the summer.

Just need a little money to keep you going til you start closing mortgages

The court will impute what he earns based on how he lives if he is not showing visible income.

You could also threaten to report him to the IRS if he isn't going to help like he should. They LOVE to get a hold of fellows like him.
