I see where you are coming from, and although there are words of wisdom spurting forth, the softer end of the tail is that Fundamentalists turn me off so well that it takes days for me to get back up and into action.

Um... well, I've never had either, though I've experienced both.
I can tell you that I much prefer the latter to the former.
