Boys are dogs that love a challenge and some of them make bets with each other about who can "de-virginize" the most girls.
Most GIRLS on the other hand lose their virginity because they think that will make the boy love her. It doesn't....he just runs around and brags to all his buddies about how he "nailed you" and then everyone at school starts calling you names.
Real MEN however, will respect the fact that you are a virgin and will NOT try to have sex with you because they are more interested in YOU and what's between your ears instead of what's between your legs like the little boys do.

i know that that is sometimes true becasue they want to be the first one to take it from you. to us it means a lot when the special someone takes our virginity but to them they just think about their own you know what. Unless you've been with that guy for a while enough to trust him and i mean a while not just a few months. You ask how i know this... I have 3 brothers and a boyfriend that tell me all this.

In this day and age...a girl being a virgin is rare...and thats bad...seriously...but for some guys u telling them that you're a virgin gives off that vibe that you're interested in losing your virginity to some guys and it impresses others or disappoints others...it all depends on who you tell it to but it's best to keep it confidential unless he asks...no need in telling what he doesn't ask

Men and women both want what they can't have in the love game. It would be better to tell someone you can't have it or you are never gonna get it being a virgin or not people want what they can't have.

Yeah as soon as the boys in my school found out my friend was a virgin they tried to persue her even more..one finally got to her and got her pregnant=/

it really depends on the guy. a player wants in and out first. he also gets bragging rights with that. a decent guy will want you cos it means your a good girl. now is the tough part. figure out which is which.

u r right it becomes a game to him to see if he can be the first to say he bedded you. but you can turn it around and see how long hes going to stay with you with out putting out. if he is there just for the sex he will probably ge gone within a month but if he really cares for you hell be there when you are ready...
