She says that she is turned on by me inspecting her body like a doctor does, I am a resident surgon currently and she wants me to pretend she is a patient. How can I tell her I am not comfortable doing this?

guys, i am not some loser who hates sex, if I were to pretend that she s a patient I think It would hurt my real life examinations, I like role play that is not the issue, can you not see the difference?

Ok so ppl tell you to loosen up, to think "foreplay" etc

That's a guy's mentality talking to you online.

Why dont you instead tell her , "my love I have changed careers,I am no longer a doctor, I am (and fill in with whatever you want to be other than yr actual career as a doctor)"

that way you tell her how you want to do it with her, and if she says soemthing tell her you are uncomfortable with the other way, that you do not feel its good for yr career that you play that way with her body and still think as a doctor and it will hurt yr career. You could turn out to be one of htose who only see women on the table like that, while they are your patients, and that would cost you all.

So tellher all that, and make love to her according to your new career per say.

Its a different way to tell her to stop it. And you dont have to feel bad about what you expressed here. I think its very noble of you to actually be uncomfortable on this reason and circumstance.

congratulations, you are going to be a very good doctor.

just let her know how important it is for you to keep, your patients apart from sex in your mind in order to be profesional at work. ask her how it would make her feel if you thought about sex durring an exam with a patient? as long as you keep the things seperate in your mind, your ok, but when there is a connection, one will make you think of the other

It's normal for a childhood fantasy which she is living out with you, her partner rather than someone she couldn't or shouldn't trust. I suggest you play along, she will enjoy it more than you don't.

just tell her ina nice way you are not comforable doing this. maybe she is turned on that you are a resident surgeon to begin with. She is ok, really she is. role playing is healthy.

loosen up. If you aren't comfortable looking at her body, why are you with her. have a little fun, get a little freaky.

Geeze lighten up! It's called foreplay...
fantasies are great, and play fantasies are hot.

This is not about your academic skills,
its about hot and fun sex.
