For one, not all kittens make it... so be prepared for that. Also, I would recommend looking for an emergency vet in your area (or one that is open right now) and ask them. They would be very equiped in helping you. Two websites are below that I used when I got my kitten at 8 days old... Good luck, please let me know what happens.

The mother may not have milk; they may be premature. Is she feeding any of the kittens? Is she paying them any attention?
If no, then you must intervene. Seven hours is a long time.
Clean the kittens with a clean cloth, ever so slightly damp with warm water if necessary. Keep them warm.
You can buy kitten milk formula at Walmart or pet stores or from your vet; feed with a medicine dropper. They must eat every two hours.
After feeding them all, then rub their tummies. Mommy is supposed to do this so they can relieve themselves.
Call a shelter or your vet and ask if they know of/have any nursing or recently nursing cats that could act as surrogate mother and take a few more kittens. Check your local paper for free kittens ads; the people with the kittens obviously have a mother cat who was recently nursing; they may be cooperative, they may not, but it is worth asking, as it is very time difficult and time consuming to care for kittens around the clock.
Remember, you need to work fast! At seven hours, you are almost too late. Good luck.

She may just be exhausted. If you have to cut the umbilical cord about 1/2 inch from the kittens belly and take a dry rag and wipe off the kittens as best as you can. Give the mom some time to get some energy back and in no time she will clean them up and feed them. If you notice anything else wrong other than that it may be mother natures way of letting the kittens die ( her not cleaning or feeding them) it happens.
If you do have to feed them get goats milk or kitten milk replacer..do NOT feed it whole milk ( cows milk) it will upset their tummy.

did you touch the kittens? sometimes if you touch the kittens to early the mother will end up rejecting the kittens. Try washing your hands thoroughly then with a clean towel hold the kittens VERY gently it is extreamly easy to injure them. Then rub them with the clean towel. Once you have them dry place them near the mother's nipples they should latch on. Its been 7 hours since they were born so the odds of them surviving is very slim. Once you have them dry and attempting to nurse I suggest going out and buying a kitten bottle from a pet store and kitten milk. Then with the two kittens feed them as much as they'll take. Warning though if you do this it will end upvery expensive and they'll need to be fed every two hours. Good Luck

Okay, this is what you do.
Go to the store, go to the pet store and there is a kitty formula that you can get and you can nurse them. It's clockwork. do a google search on caring for baby kittens and it will give you some feeding suggestions.
You have to make them go to the bathroom after you feed them. Take a soft rag, dampen it and wipe their little private parts and their little butts until they poop and pee.
You also have to stimulate them so that they will keep breathing, that means massaging their bellies and massaging their backs and rib cages ,doing it firmly but don't be hard. You must keep them warm too.
It takes a lot of dedication and clockwork but it's worth it.
I wish you the best of luck.
This should help you and you can do other searches under "raising a newborn kitten" Google searches are the best.

Along with cleaning them up, help them nurse. Even if Mom tries to stop them, keep her head distracted as best you can since they need to eat. If all else fails, get an eye dropper but don't feed them cow's mild. Albertsons and Vons, places like that, usually have formulas for infant cats in the pet department.

Ok, I hate to bear bad news, but the mother probably instinctively knows these two aren't going to make it. Now that's out of the way. You can TRY with a warm washcloth cleaning them up yourself and placing them at a nipple to feed, all the time keeping them WARM - NO DRAFT. This is probably the best attempt you can make. I hope they make it., God Bless.

the only way is to feed them your self
unfortunatly this is the way animald do things they care for the healthy and leave the weak to nature
if there is a vet open you can get what you need to feed them
otherwise im sorry but you'll just have to let nature take its corse
good luck to you and your kittens

you might try feeding them whole milk with a dropper... but, sadly, these kind of kittens will usually die within a couple days. momma kitty knows this through instinct and won't "waste" her milk/energy on them.
