Thats no ones business and should never be made available public...
Secondly, if you're concerned, go to the police and explain the situation or get yourself a firearm and permit.
If he threatens you, go to the police and he'll have his permit revoked and possibly firearms seized once he's convicted of felony criminal threatening.

Whether he has a permit or not is considered private information, and you would only be able to obtain that through the police. If you feel he is a threat or danger, then call the police and they will get to the bottom of the problem.

Well go to your west virginia department of public safety website and look him up on criminal records...your state should have this website...as far as I know...most states have them and some are free to look up anyone who might be potentially dangerous...or simply call the police and express your concern...

No this is not info for the general public. Can you imagine the consequenses if everyone had access to this info? Criminals could get guns easier by getting the name of CCW holders, and stalk and mug them.

This should be public information. These things should be on record with the local police department. I would check there first, maybe than can give you some information, but my experience that usually the police are pretty lame and useless if you need them for anything.
