I'm getting married in October and my son is giving me away. I'm having a hard picking a song for my son and me to dance to. I got a few suggestions the other day but nothing im too excited about. Let me clarify that I don't want anything Disney nor Americal Idol, No Celine or Mariah, No Country or Whitney. I don't care how old the song is, actually I would perfer an older song. Please make sme suggestions following these guidelines!! Thanks!!!

At Last....By Etta James....I know it well. I have to learn to sing it for when my friend gets married. That may be our wedding song also.

Well what do you want then? its not up to us to pick your song for you. get on some websites and start looking around and listening to a some songs. only you know what song portrays how you feel about your son, especially on your wedding day...not us.

There is a song by the Back Street Boys called MOM. It is on their Back and Blue CD.

you know the best person to ask this question too is your son :) then you can both pick out the one you both enjoy :) it is a special day for both of you, so, let him help decide.

But the one that I think would be best is " I am your child " by Barry Manilow

"Oh, It's a Beautiful Morning" from the musical "Oklahoma!" It's easy to dance to, about love in joy in general instead of man-woman love, and short.
