I finally realized that I've been using to many protein based products on my hair and this is the reason why my hair is breaking, fragile and weak. What should I do to restore the elasticity in my hair. I heard moisturizing your hair after washing your hair should help, and some other oil treatments should also help, but I just don’t know any tips for me please.

i bought some hair masque for your hair and you use this twice a week and you would not believe how much it has helped my hair.. i use mane and tale shampoo and conditioner and then i use infusion 23 as a leave in treatment but the name of the stuff i use twice weekly is, well wait a minute i have to go see....ok it is called frizz ease reinforce and it is for critical care...and it does really help...i have dyed mine to much i think... but anyway i really think this will help.. if you would see my bathroom at all the kinds of shampoos and conditioners i have tried...another shampoo that is real good and it is called stay smooth and it is a charles worthington product and i found it at walgreens pharmacy.. it is a little high but i think it it worth it for us to try to look our best...they have different kinds and they have the conditioner too..i hope this helps you some.. i have used pantene masque for the hair but this other frizz ease for critical hair is really the best i have found...

I've never heard of protein making your hair weak.... it normally makes it strong.
But to restore your hair, use a good conditioner and leave-in conditioner. Also a hot oil treatment might work. Go to your local beauty store!
