No. That's why it doesn't have that horrible after taste that table salt has. For years I thought I hated salt, but it was the iodine that I hated.

No, only processed, iodized salt has iodine in it. Iodine is added after the salt is mined. It'll say on the package.

salt is kosher by definition, so whatever there is in any salt is in kosher salt.
