It is important that your dog has water available at all times. Frequent urination is the first symptom of diabetes, and also of urinary infection.
But, if she IS diabetic, she really needs plenty of water to flush toxins from her system.
Canine diabetes is easily and inexpensive to control. But a vet needs to prescribe medicine and diet.

Dogs do pee and poo alot, so tis hard to know what is normal..I would say that mine pee 3 times per morning, and 3 times per evening, and they poo two or three times per day.

If you think it's abnormal, take her to the vet. What worries me is that you leave her outside with a limited water supply. In the summer time, dogs outside need almost constant access to water. So long as she's not going in the house, let her have all the water she wants.

Make appt with the vet. My cat started doing that when he was older. he had congestive heart failure and thyroid problems. Is your dog older? My young dog goes pee maybe 3 times a day or so. Unless she's on a walk, then she pees every few steps like she's marking her territory!

Your dog should have water available all day long, not just two times a day. She needs to see a vet if she only drinks twice a day and pees that much. Please let her have water available all day. Dogs need to be hydrated. That in and of itself may be causing her bladder problems.

Get your dog to a vet, or at least call one. She may have an infection in her bladder or some other ailment that is making her have to go so often. It could get much worse without attention. This is not normal even for a young dog.

Also, since she is going so often, she could get sicker if she dehydrates.
