This is pretty much a dumb question because it is almost impossible to answer. The Navy sure has a ton of firepower. It has submarine-launched ICBMs, hundreds of planes (not more than the AF, though, when you take into consideration the ANG and Reserves and the AMC mission) and, let's not forget, the conventional capabilities of the Navy ships.
The AF has hundreds of planes, many of which can carry large nuclear weapons. The AF also has more ICBMs than the Navy, but they are land-based as opposed to sea-based. Finally, the AF has a huge conventional capability through the use of air-launched stand-off weapons and bombs.
In other words, the Navy and the Air Force both have the same firepower capabilities, but their delivery methods are inherently different. The Navy's delivery method is (surprise, surprise) based upon the strategic nature of the seas whereas the AF's tactics revolve around (again, surprisingly) the strategic nature of the air!

Here is a breakdown of all the US forces: First the Marines - they go into an enemy area and kill the bad people. Then the Army comes in after the Marines have made the area nice and safe. The Navy transports the Marines but also dominates the sea, land, and air. We do all this from air conditioned spaces while playing video games. The Airforce is too busy drinking coffee and talking about how cool they are to be in the Air Force to actually participate in military operations, and lastly the Coast Guard, they aren't permitted in water that is more than three feet deep because it gets their mommys concerned.

Navy,
The can drop fire power in any area in less then six hours, The have more planes then the airforce, more missiles in subs/ships and the have battleships. The navy can change it plan of attack five minutes from launch and still be sucssesful. The Us Navy controls the most DOD satilites in space. It is also the biggest department under the DOD.
Plus, the Marines are part of the Navy,
Not many Airforce personnel have recived the MOH

I would have to say the Navy. The Air Force can drop bigger bombs but the Navy has more planes, do more aviation exercises, has better and faster planes and are also out at sea. I think it's a no brainer. My uncle who is retired Air Force also agrees with me so it's not just that I'm biased.

Navy!! A seawolf class nuclear attack submarine carries more destructive power than was used in by the US in all of World War 2. The new Virginia class packs more than that.

Equal both have the capabilities to carry nukes. AF can take out ground troops but the navy can shut down whole countries.
