If you're a christian, then you must love God more than anybody. By loving God and putting Him first in your life, you then want to obey Him and please Him. Marrying another christian is what I think He would want you to do. First try to convert him/her to Christianity.

Here is a Muslim point of view, I am sure there will be many Muslim bashers here in few minutes.

Only Muslim men are allowed to marry Christian and Jews, not the women.

There reason behind it is very simple, If a girl marry someone outside of her faith who do not believe her faith (in this case, Muhammed peace be upon him and Qur'an) then they will insult and put down her faith all the time.

Muslims on the other hand believe on Torah(OT), Bible (NT), Moses peace be upon him AND Jesus peace be upon him so they will never DARE to put down the faith of a Jewish or Christian girl.

If I were a Christian, I would never marry a Muslim. I've never met a Muslim man who would happily allow his wife to worship God in her own way. So unless I want to convert to Islam (which I'd never do) I wouldn't marry a Muslim. Sometimes love isn't enough.

Islam is based a violence, hate, and revenge. Don't you think that Christian would be unequally yoked if they married a muslim.

i WAS christian, met a muslim man, converted (after studying) and then married him. am VERY happy :-)
